History and Leadership

Dwayne Green, a native of Baltimore, MD, has 17 years of experience working with youth in educational and mental health settings. He has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland since 2010, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania in January, 2018. Green studied Counseling at Johns Hopkins University, became a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) in 2012 and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in 2018 with the National Board for Professional Counselors.

Green established C.O.A.C.H. Mental Health, LLC in 2013 as a private counseling practice. In 2015, Ebony Green joined the team as Practice Administrator, focused on compliance, scheduling, billing and ensuring efficient service delivery.

After years as an Allied Health professional in hospital and medical office settings, Ms. Green left her full-time position to focus on managing and growing C.O.A.C.H. Mental Health, LLC. Since that time, she has led the charge to ensure that the practice has grown, built many new relationships, and ultimately expanded to include the newly accredited Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.

Dwayne Green continue to provide counseling services to individuals and families through the C.O.A.C.H. Mental Health, LLC counseling practice while Ebony Green serves as Program Director for the C.O.A.C.H. Mental Health, LLC Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
